Phase 2 · Design
I could have built systems around the two programs and called it done. But I zoomed out.
Business of You First at $497 was carrying premium tier deliverables. It blurred the distinction among the group program, 1:1 program, and the membership (Rest Collective, $111/month). And it was one of the causes it had become unsustainable for Jenny, leading to her pausing it.
I redesigned how the 3 offers fit together, so each supported the others instead of competing or devaluing one another.
Some of the proposed changes:
-
The group program was scrapped and rebuilt as Rise Circle.
New name, new audience. Intentional integration time. Redesigned for group-level transformation rather than scaled-down 1:1.
-
The membership bundle inside the group program was repositioned.
Reduced and timed to the session where restoration is taught, so it became part of the curriculum instead of a discount. The membership held its standalone value.
-
A graduate discount path was added from the group program to the 1:1 program.
Rise Circle graduates get an Energy Experience discount for three months after their cohort ends. Before, past clients had to DM Jenny to ask when she'd run things again. The discount makes ascension concrete: a defined window, a defined incentive, a clear next step.
-
The 1:1 program was repriced and made public.
The price published so prospects already know the investment.
Once the ecosystem was clear, I designed a future-state workflow map for each program. It showed what the client does, what Jenny does, what the systems handle, from onboarding through retention.
The maps became the guide Client Success Engine would build against.

Where Jenny is now
The infrastructure for both programs is built.
Rise Circle is ready to relaunch on her schedule. Energy Experience is live and accepting new clients.
What's already true today:
- 68 hours per Rise Circle cohort → ~22. That's 46 hours back. Every cohort.
- 36 hours per Energy Experience client → ~27. 9 hours back. Every client.
- The group program paused indefinitely → ready to relaunch in ~2 hours
- 12 tools → 4
- 6+ client-facing platforms → 1 portal for her clients
- Six recurring emotional drains eliminated
The mental load is off her plate. Her time goes to bodywork, sessions, real conversations. And to growing the business — which she couldn't do when delivery was eating the week.
At her target volume ↓
~166 hours/year reclaimed across both programs, and ~$33,000/year in recovered earning capacity — from the price lift on the 1:1 and the new graduate ascension path.
Projections at target volume, not results yet.
